About this notice
ABD Luxury uses this website to respond to property enquiries and provide representation and sourcing services. For privacy requests, contact info@abdluxury.com. This notice describes the services currently provided through this website.
Information we collect
Enquiry forms collect your name, contact method, requirements and optional transaction details. Owner forms may include private property photographs and authority information. Accounts store saved searches, preferences, enquiries and private messages. Please do not submit identity documents, proof of funds or unredacted title documents through these forms.
Your first conversation
You do not need to upload identity documents or proof of funds to browse or make an initial enquiry. We explain the appropriate next steps as your requirements become clearer. Services, fees and representation terms are agreed in writing. We coordinate with your professional advisers; we do not provide legal opinions, lending commitments or guaranteed investment returns.
Why we use it
We use information to review and follow up on enquiries, coordinate requested services, maintain your account, protect the site from abuse and keep an audit of staff changes. A form acknowledgement does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and access
The site uses Cloudflare D1 for records and private R2 storage for uploads through Sites hosting. Authorised ABD staff can access enquiry records; signed-in clients can access only their own account data. Staff-approved listing photographs may be published. Authentication is provided through Sign in with ChatGPT. Hosting providers may process data outside Guyana.
Notifications and integrations
The automated property guide uses prepared answers and published information; its conversation remains in the current browser tab. It does not use an external AI model. Website enquiries and conversation summaries are prepared for restricted operational handling through Make and monday. Email and WhatsApp notification delivery is not enabled. Viewings are confirmed personally by message. Saved enquiries remain available to staff independently of notification delivery. The private inbox is on-site only. Stored alert and newsletter preferences are pending delivery setup, and no marketing emails are sent.
Optional measurement and external providers
Optional external measurement requires the relevant consent and a configured provider. With optional analytics consent, the public site records daily counts of page views and contact/form actions without visitor identifiers, raw query strings or free-text content. These counts are designed for reporting through Make to monday. Review traffic is excluded. Campaign identifiers are attached to enquiries only with your optional attribution choice. Maps load from OpenStreetMap only when requested. Contact and social links open external services under their own privacy practices.
Retention and your choices
ABD reviews enquiry records for relevance and can delete an enquiry and its uploaded photographs from staff administration. ABD reviews records when an enquiry closes and on privacy requests, retaining only information needed for continuing service, dispute handling or applicable obligations. Deletion requests also require review of CRM copies and backups. Ask info@abdluxury.com about access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable record obligations. Withdraw alert or newsletter preferences in your account and optional measurement choices on the cookie page. Backups and legally required records may have separate retention requirements.
